Usually a shop window offers itself as widely opened as possible to the gaze of the passers-by, our intervention Niemeyer 4 ever proposed a vision device that transformed the shop window into a camera obscura. We chose to show three videos projected inside the black box in a loop which were related to our work in Lebanon and that were never exhibited in Beirut. The three videos were shot in Oscar Niemeyer’s architectures by three different members of the Suspended spaces collective.

Suspended Spaces is a collective of artists/researchers brought together since 2007 around an organic, arborescent and evolving project. The collective's work method has to do with displacement and movement, geographical but above all artistic, cultural and intellectual.
