THE RESIDENCY
During her time at BAR, Edam worked on producing her latest animation short film titled Bride of the Nile. The script was inspired by and based on an old Sudanese tale about a beautiful woman, who was thrown into the deep blue of the Nile. As the story goes, her sacrifice was required in order for the Nile not to flood and drown the entire tribe. Edam handmakes all of the characters in the film which are produced out of clay, wires and various fabrics.
