THE ARTIST

Young French documentary filmmaker and photographer, Agathe Champsaur found the perfect combination in documentary filmmaking by combining her thirst for discovering the world and her taste for adventure with the necessity to create. She graduated in film from Sydney Film School in Australia and has since worked on different projects as Director of Photography. Her real interest has always been the people in the edge of society, those who are silent, who resist and are not understood.

THE RESIDENCY

Agathe Champsaur worked on two documentaries detailing the life of two different but very inspiring figures, AbdulRahman Ktanani a Palestinian visual artist that broke free from Palestinian camps through art, and Therese Basbous, a poet often known as Michel Basbous' wife.
